Several truck drivers across Europe have been named #scania Fuel Masters in recent weeks due to their understanding and commitment to the driver’s role in reducing fuel consumption.
Scania launched the Fuel Masters Europe challenge as part of its ongoing commitment to reduce fuel consumption.
The challenge invited driver’s to post their best average fuel consumption results over a stated 100km route that they had recently driven. By sharing this data the drivers could collect likes, or “honks” from other drivers, which would attract the attention of a jury panel who each week crowned three drivers as #scania Fuel Masters.
As well as the honour of gaining the #scania Fuel Master title, the winning drivers also received a prize of a #scania watch.
