50th anniversary of Central Asia – Center GTS celebrated in Saratov
Gazprom Transgaz #saratov held a ceremonial meeting today to mark 50 years since the world’s first transcontinental Central Asia – Center (CAC) gas industry veterans from #saratov, Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kaliningrad, Ufa, and Volgograd, who had been personally engaged in the construction and operation of the CAC system.
On the eve of the meeting, the guests together with representatives of the company’s youth association laid flowers to a stele at the memorial complex of Gazprom Transgaz #saratov and also got acquainted with documentary records pertaining to the history of that unique gas transmission system (GTS) at a photo exhibition arranged on the premises of the company.
