In Brescia, the Art goes underground. Each month, one of the stations of the Brescia underground becomes an art installation. First responders, from October 29, entrusted to Rä di Martino. It becomes a place for contemporary art. The original project, entitled SubBrixia, created and produced by Brescia Museums and Brescia Mobility in collaboration with the Municipality of Brescia, brings some of the protagonists of the Italian contemporary art scene to interact with the underground network of the city of Brescia, which opened in 2013. The subway line consists of 17 stations along the city for a total length of about 14 kilometers. For each station of the top five selected, a different artist will produce an installation designed ad hoc, in site-specific.
