NIU unveils entire product range at EICMA 2018

NIU, the #1 smart electric #scooter brand in the world, has presented its entire range of products at #eicma 2018. #niu presented its full-product portfolio, including never-before-seen products at Europe’s largest two-wheeled exhibition. All #niu scooters are built in collaboration with Bosch, Panasonic, and Vodafone to release the next generation of smart e-scooters, designed for the European consumer in mind.

The NGT and M+ were launched on Indiegogo.com following NIU’s first global pre-sale campaign. The NGT and M+ are powered by a 3000 watt and 1200 watt Bosch motor respectively, with top speeds up to 70km/h, and the ability to drive for a week in the city on a single charge – priced at €2299 and €3999 respectively, a discount from 2019 prices.

Compared with the N-Series and M-Series, the UPro has a simpler design and a lightweight 60kg curb body, which is favored by urban commuters. As NIU’s smartest #scooter, the UPro is equipped with an 800 watt Bosch motor, keyless ignition, an E-motor engine lock, and an impossibly lightweight removable 5kg Panasonic Lithium-ion battery. The UPro is available in 4 distinct colors; red, blue, white, and black, and priced at €1899*

For the first-time, #niu unveils the UPro younger sibling - the U-Mini (UM). Targeted at younger generations, the UM weighs 39kg allowing a “lighter” and “free” experience that builds a lifestyle that operates around a core of electric vehicles. Featuring the same smart technologies and battery as the UPro, the UM is the natural mid-point product between an electric #scooter and an e-bike through its innovative foot pedals; the UM fixed foot pedal and the riding pedal can be switched at will. The UM is available in China in 5 bold colors with future plans to sell in overseas markets.

NIU is additionally expanding into the B2B market through its N-Sharing #scooter. The N- Sharing #scooter features the same specs as NIU’s N-Series, however, is designed with dual Panasonic 60V 29Ah batteries, combined for a 3.48 KW output. NIU’s software is already optimized to work with the best fleet management programs in the industry, including Fleetbird, Invers, and Vulog. Since 2017, #niu has been involved in several sharing projects with numerous companies across multiple countries and cities, including GoUrban in Vienna, Movo in Madrid invested by Cabify, and Scooty in both Brussels and Antwerpen invested by Europcar.

NIU’s final product is the N-Cargo, a revised N-Series that has been redesigned to support the growing goods-delivery industry. Boasting a newly-reinforced tailbox bracket, the N-Cargo enables the necessary speed and performance to support the rapidly-growing goods delivery industry.
