Because safety is a priority, each car undergoes a careful inspection consisting of 120 checks, conducted by DS Automobiles experts. On delivery an inspection certificate is provided.

Each car is available for a road test before purchase.

• A warranty for up to 24 months with unlimited kilometres covered

The DS CERTIFIED brand enables each customer to be supported with a formal personlised warranty. This warranty is equivalent to the manufacturer warranty for a duration of 12 to 24 months, with unlimited kilometres and without excess from the car’s delivery date. It includes costs resulting from possible repairs or replacement parts being fully covered at all brand-approved repair centres.

• No servicing cost for a year or 15,000 kilometres

There are no maintenance costs during the year after purchase of a DS CERTIFIED branded car, for a year following the date of purchase or 15,000 kilometres.

• Satisfied or money back

Whatever the reason, DS CERTIFIED gives the customer the opportunity to change their mind and be refunded in the ten days following the date of purchase, limited to 1,000 kilometres driven.

• The suite of ONLY YOU services

With the DS CERTIFIED brand, each customer is offered the ONLY YOU suite of special services. The MyDS app, DS Valet and DS Rent services are featured automatically. From Monday to Saturday, 08:00 to 22:00 hr, DS advisers answer any questions by telephone. In addition, up to the eighth anniversary of first registration and throughout the duration of the DS CERTIFIED warranty, DS ASSISTANCE provides personalised support under any circumstances, with just a call. The support service includes repairs, recovery, covering costs for accommodation or journey continuation, the loan of a replacement car as well as the return of the DS if need be.
