Now available to order: Long-range plug-in hybrid drives for the Tiguan from 48.655 Euro

  • Market launch of the Tiguan starts this weekend across Europe
  • New plug-in hybrid drives enable an electric range of about 120 km* * and a combined range of more than 900 km
  • Premium-class features such as the massage function of the ergoActive seats and IQ.LIGHT HD matrix headlights optionally available
  • eTSI mild hybrid as entry-level engine (96 kW)02 from 36.600 Euro, TDI engines with front-wheel and all-wheel drive already available to order
  • combination of TDI and 4MOTION03 all-wheel drive enables towing capacities of up to 2,300 kg

The Tiguan is currently the most successful Volkswagen with annual production of well over half a million units – now the new Tiguan is coming to the VW dealers. To coincide with its European market launch, the plug-in hybrid drives (eHybrid) are now available with two outputs (150 kW01 and 200 kW04). Tiguan models with efficient 48 V mild hybrid drives (eTSI) and turbodiesel engines (TDI) have already been available since 2023 September.
