Comunicato Stampa disponibile solo in lingua originale.

On September 3, 2016, a photo exhibition entitled ‘Solar Wind’ was opened at the Novy Urengoy Museum of Fine Arts with support from #gazprom Dobycha Yamburg.

The opening ceremony was attended by the senior officials of the Novy Urengoy city administration and top executives of Gazprom Dobycha Yamburg. The exhibition is the tenth joint project organized by the gas production company and the museum. All those projects have covered various themes, authors, and art forms. This year’s theme is the aurora borealis.

“Firstly, the northern lights are a unique natural phenomenon, as Urengoy citizens know very well,” Valentin Kramar, Deputy Director General for Human Resources at Gazprom Dobycha Yamburg, said to the audience. “Secondly, the northern lights convey #energy, #energy of the sun. And everything associated with #energy is near and dear to us. It’s not incidental that one of the core values of our company is the #energy derived from Russia’s subsoil resources. Thirdly, we have always been proud of our team, as we believe that our employees are very professional and committed. Not only can they produce gas and handle HR, transportation, logistics and so on, but they can also find time for personal development and hobbies to improve our lives and make the world a better place. Danil Khusainov is one of those #people. I am happy to present his works here.”

The exhibition includes photos made over the last few years by Danil Khusainov, press photographer for #gazprom Dobycha Yamburg.

The joint efforts of Gazprom Dobycha Yamburg and the museum are aimed at expanding the region’s cultural environment.
